Sample Retreat Schedule (9AM–4PM): ​​

• 9am: Opening: breaths, grounding ritual, set goals and intentions for the day; Coffee/Tea provided

• 9:30: Session 1: Project Development Coaching + Support

• 10:30: Mindful movement break (short walk, stretching, etc)

• 10:45: Session 2: Creative Arts work time: write, compose, record, rehearse, collaborate

• 12: Lunch

• 12:45: Session 3: Creative Arts work time, continued

• 2pm: Mindful movement break

• 2:15: Session 4: Continue to Create or Edit/Mix recordings

• 3:45: Wrap up, plan for next steps

• 4pm: End Retreat
